owner(s) and the breeder are in agreement to the terms of sale, 1 Year GENETIC Health Warranty. Up to the date of your puppy’s 1st Birthday ,this applies only to GENETICS ,PASSED DOWN FROM PARENTS, The 1 year warranty applies only with a veterinarian written letter from your Veterinarian stating the Genetic illness, on a business stationary with veterinary name and phone number. So we can get in touch with them .....all other illnesses are the responsibilities of owners.
your puppy has been thoroughly examined by a Veterinarian. Any findings made by the Veterinarian are specifically noted on the health certificate, I suggest that you have your
dog/puppy checked by your Veterinarian within (5 days)ONLY. after it leaves my property. if your Veterinarian feels that the dog/puppy is not as represented on the health certificate, have Your Veterinarian write a letter describing the problem. Then promptly return the dog/puppy, all registration and other documents ,and the letter from your Veterinarian describing the problem
(Within 7 days) of the puppy leaving my Property. If you do not get your puppy checked, the guarantee is null and void...No cash refund will be given, but the puppy Will be replaced with another Puppy ,of same value, when one becomes available , if you decide on a puppy of a higher value
, you must to pay the difference, puppies will not leave my property until paid in full.
The new owner is responsible for all transportation charges of puppy and Veterinarian’s visits.
Size and exact color can not be guaranteed upon replacement puppy, only the sex.
The breeder in not responsible for any vet bills the purchaser may incur regarding puppy.
Puppy in not guaranteed to place in the show ring or producing offsprings
It is agreed and understood that no warranty or representative has been made with respect
to the sold puppy except that which has been set forth in this written agreement .
This agreement is valid only for (original owner and is non-transferable).
